The Challenge
GEMLOX needed a sophisticated UK e-commerce platform for custom jewellery, engagement rings, and diamonds — including real-time diamond inventory from external suppliers. Standard e-commerce solutions could not deliver the immersive product experience or complex custom-order workflows their high-value customers expected.
Our Solution
We built a full-stack platform with Nivoda API diamond integration, 3D product visualisation via React Three Fiber, virtual try-on using MediaPipe Hands, appointment booking, Stripe payments, and a comprehensive Filament admin panel. Every feature was purpose-built for the luxury jewellery buying journey.
