The Challenge
The Sri Lankan vehicle market lacked a modern platform that could serve both individual sellers and company dealers from a single codebase with proper data isolation. Existing solutions forced dealers into consumer-grade tools that had no management depth or analytics.
Our Solution
We built Moto Guru with a dual-panel multi-tenant architecture — a system admin panel and a fully isolated company tenant panel — featuring 57-field vehicle listings, advanced buyer search, listing analytics, and a React + Tailwind v4 mobile-first UI. Tenant data isolation was enforced at the application and database level.
